Who's Marko?

I'm a Service Desk System Administrator working in a DOD environment, with a B.S. in Computer Science. I have a strong interest in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and systems maintenance.

I hold the Security+, ITIL 4, and Linux Essentials certifications, and have hands-on experience with access control, policy documentation, and compliance assessments using frameworks like NIST.

I enjoy solving operational and security challenges by improving processes, strengthening controls, and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical teams.
